Cronut or croughnut is a hybrid of a donut and croissant. It is usually topped with a flavored icing with a custard filling in the middle. We're lucky enough that Wildflour cafe and bakery decided to adapt this idea from NY. This way, many Filipinos can have a taste of this wonderful treat!

I've been searching for a nice muted pink lipstick for a long time! While I love coral, there are just days that I want to wear something natural-looking. I think it was around 2009 or 2010 when muted pink lipsticks became a huge trend because of the limited edition Mac Lady Gaga collection. I remember that I asked my wedding MUA to use a light pink tone for my lips.

Review: Max Factor Colour Elixir in Bewitching Coral

Majority of my Lipsticks are in Coral, I just love the color and how nicely it matches my skin. I do own other tones but this is what I reach for most of the time. It's funny how me and my mother shares the same adoration for this tone that at some point my mom asks for my coral lipsticks and she wouldn't feel bad even if its newly purchased, ugh.

Tutorial: Simple eyebrows #1

I've been obsessed with eyebrows for quite sometime. I can skip eye make-up but never my eyebrows! I have a love/hate relationship with my own probably because I have a scar on my right eyebrow which made the outer half raised. To get the right set is a must (for me since I'm obsessed with it, I often check people's eyebrows 'cause I'm crazy like that) if you want to frame your face well when doing make-up.

I finally gave up and went to BrowHaus to have a classic eyebrow threading. I should have done that a long time ago since I am so in-love with what they've done to my eyebrows! 

Review: NYX Pumpkin Pie & Paparazzi

NYX is probably one of the most popular cheap make-up brands today most especially their lipsticks. I have a confession to make, I bought a NYX lipstick out of curiosity many years back. I randomly chose an orange tone one and ended up buying "Femme". On my first try, I love how pigmented it was but I found the color too strong for me (or maybe I just did not appreciate it at that time) so I threw it away! little did I know that "Femme" was a popular one and was always out-of-stock! haha!

Nyx is available at purebeauty, serendra and thru online sellers. The usual price is 300 to 400 (around 7 to 9 dollars) each for the lipsticks but in the US it only costs around $2 each which reminds me, I should have my NYX haul on my next visit.

I recently bought 2 shades of lipsticks and I thought of sharing it here today. I was looking for a nice Pink and nude shade so I ended up buying Pumpkin Pie and Paparazzi.

Thoughts: Magnum Choco-Cappuccino

A few days ago I saw the launch of the new magnum flavor thru people I follow on Instagram. If you personally know me, I am not a fan of Magnum. When I first tried it, (The Almond one I think) I was completely disappointed despite the raves of other people. In my opinion it was more of a hype for status quo, don't ask.
